Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School is committed to providing professional training programs, classes, memberships, and services. Please review the following Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any purchase or registration.
By purchasing memberships, training sessions, programs, merchandise, packages, or related services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
Membership fees, subscription payments, registration fees, enrollment fees, initiation fees, and recurring billing charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period, training cycle, or membership term has started.
Access to classes, reserved training spots, scheduling, administrative processing, staffing, and facility availability begin immediately after registration or payment confirmation.
Lack of attendance, schedule conflicts, relocation, change of interest, personal reasons, vacations, or unused membership time do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements.
All class packages, private lessons, seminars, workshops, special events, training camps, and coaching sessions are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Unused sessions do not carry cash value.
- Missed sessions are generally non-refundable.
- Expired packages may not be redeemable.
- Transferability is subject to management approval.
The school reserves the right to determine scheduling, coach availability, expiration dates, and training limitations.
Missed classes, late arrivals, forgotten appointments, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or personal circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
In certain situations, management may allow rescheduling, credits, or alternative arrangements at its sole discretion, but such accommodations are not guaranteed.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or abuse of scheduling privileges may result in restrictions or loss of booking privileges.
Refund requests related to medical conditions, injuries, emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Valid supporting documentation may be required, including physician notes or official records.
Approval, denial, partial credit, temporary freeze, or alternative accommodations remain solely at the discretion of Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School management.
Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval of any refund or credit request.
Class schedules, instructors, facilities, program structures, training formats, or availability may change at any time.
If a class, event, seminar, or program is canceled directly by the school, management may offer one of the following at its discretion:
- Class credit
- Rescheduled session
- Alternative training option
- Account balance adjustment
- Partial refund where legally required
Refunds are not guaranteed unless specifically required under applicable law.
Merchandise, uniforms, apparel, protective equipment, training gear, accessories, and retail items may only be eligible for return or exchange if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item remains in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- The request is made within the permitted return period
Certain items including custom products, opened protective gear, mouth guards, personal equipment, sale items, or hygiene-sensitive products may be final sale.
Management reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds if items show signs of use, damage, misuse, alteration, or non-compliance with return requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations, travel costs, personal expenses, or other incidental damages related to purchases, memberships, programs, or cancellations.
All decisions regarding refunds, credits, freezes, exchanges, and adjustments remain subject to internal review, operational limitations, scheduling availability, and applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to contact management directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported chargebacks may result in suspension of memberships, denial of future services, additional administrative review, or collection efforts where permitted by law.
Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School reserves the right to update, revise, modify, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
By purchasing, registering, attending, or participating in any program or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.
