By using our website, mobile application, registering for classes, purchasing a membership, attending training, or participating in any school activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all students, parents, legal guardians, visitors, guests, members, private training clients, and participants.

Our programs may be available to children, teenagers, and adults, depending on the class type, schedule, coach approval, and program requirements.

• All students must register before participating in any class or session.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and current.
• Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The school may refuse, suspend, or cancel participation if information is false, incomplete, or unsafe.

Martial arts, fitness training, performance training, sparring, stretching, conditioning, strength exercises, and physical activities involve natural and unavoidable risks.

By participating, you confirm that you or your child are physically able to take part in training. You are responsible for consulting a doctor before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, limitation, disability, heart condition, breathing issue, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other concern.

Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School does not provide medical advice, medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services.

By entering the facility or participating in any activity, you understand and accept that injuries may occur, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, strains, falls, muscle pain, accidental contact, equipment-related injuries, or other physical harm.

Participation is voluntary and done at your own risk. Parents and guardians accept this risk on behalf of minors under their care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School, its owners, coaches, instructors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, emotional distress, personal property loss, or other claim arising from participation in classes, use of the facility, use of equipment, or attendance at school-related activities.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on negligence, misunderstanding, accident, third-party action, student conduct, facility use, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

All students, parents, guests, and visitors must behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, students, families, and other participants.

• No aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior is allowed.
• No unsafe behavior, horseplay, bullying, harassment, or disrespect toward coaches or students is allowed.
• Students must follow coach instructions at all times.
• The school may suspend or terminate participation without refund for violations of conduct rules.

Class schedules, instructors, programs, training formats, pricing, membership options, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

The school reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, combine, substitute, or modify classes when needed due to safety, coach availability, holidays, emergencies, low attendance, facility issues, or other reasons.

All payments, memberships, class packages, private sessions, registration fees, and other charges must be paid according to the selected plan or invoice terms.

• Prices may change at any time.
• Late, failed, or declined payments may result in suspension of services.
• Unused classes, missed sessions, or non-attendance do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits.
• Special promotions, discounts, and packages may have separate rules.

Refunds, cancellations, credits, freezes, transfers, and make-up classes are handled according to the school’s current Refund Policy and any written agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Missed classes, late arrivals, failure to attend, schedule conflicts, personal reasons, or change of mind do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Students and visitors are responsible for their own belongings, clothing, phones, bags, money, jewelry, equipment, uniforms, and personal items.

Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.

The school may take photos or videos during classes, events, training sessions, competitions, or school activities for educational, promotional, social media, website, or marketing purposes.

If you do not want yourself or your child to appear in photos or videos, you must notify the school in writing before participation.

Personal information may be collected for registration, communication, scheduling, billing, safety, and service purposes. Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The school may refuse service, suspend participation, terminate membership, or remove any person from the facility if their behavior creates risk, violates rules, disrupts training, or negatively affects the safety and experience of others.

Termination for rule violations may occur without refund.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state where the school operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be handled in the proper courts or legal venues permitted by applicable law.

Zarrukh Adashev’s Performance School may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms may be posted on our website, app, or provided through other communication methods.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

By registering, paying, attending, participating, or allowing a minor to participate, you confirm that you understand the risks, accept responsibility for participation, and agree to follow all school rules, policies, and instructions.
